Analysis
and Definition of Business Goals and Requirements
Information
technology has become an important strategic tool. Computing
powers are enabling companies to operate more efficiently by
reducing costs, increasing sales opportunities, managing
financial matters more effectively and facilitating more timely
communications to all stakeholders.
To
initiate this service, we talk to business executives to
determine how we can jointly analyze the need. Among other
techniques we might find useful in this process is Joint
Application Design (JAD), in which we would team our business
analysts with company leaders for intense exploratory
discussions.
Our
goal is to recommend an ideal system and appropriate software to
help our customer reach its strategic target. Our project teams
formally document their recommendations and provide clear
direction for technology initiatives.
